And now the fine print…

Returns 

Our Standard Refund/Return Policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase. Returns can be exchanged for another product of equal value or for a store credit good toward any product or service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging with less that 20% usage from the package to be accepted as a return.

Due to the nature of their use, we are unable to accept some items as returns. Non-returnable items include: 

          • Food or Perishable Items

          • Gift cards 

          • Sanitary Items

          • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are two ways we accept returns: In Person or Shipped to our Roswell Location.

To return your product in person, visit our salon during normal business hours.

To return your product by shipping, a printed return authorization code is required for all mailed-in returns. Please call 470-475-3801 or get in touch with us by clicking here to request your return authorization code. Your authorization code will be sen to via email and must be included in your returned package. Once you have receive your return authorization code, should mail your product to: Bristow Hair Company, 934 Canton Street, Roswell GA 30075. 

Returned items must be packaged in an attempt to prevent any kind of breakage, spillage or damage. Improper packaging voids our offer for for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on the ship to location.

BHC believes in supporting our local communities. One of the ways we do this is by donating unused or gently-used returned products to local women's shelters who express need for such items. As the health and safety of these individuals is of utmost importance to us, we politely ask that you practice safe and sanitary standards if returning products OR let us know that the product should be destroyed.
